When you are in a relationship with a woman that involves kids you had together, you might find it difficult to leave after she cheats because of the kids.
You want to give it a try because being together as a family is what is important to both of you, right?
She made a mistake and even though she doesn't deserve another chance you are considering giver her one because of the kids.

Believe it or not, a 3 year old will recover much quicker form his parents breaking up than a teenager and a teenager will recover quicker than and adult assuming no other factors are involved.
So, unless you are willing to stay in the relationship with her forever no matter how much she disrespects you by cheating on you, you are better off leaving sooner rather than later.
After she cheats, you should leave as soon as possible because in the long run it is what is best for the kids; seeing their father set the example of maintaining the control and power in his own life.
