Here's my opinion: If a woman actually asks you this question when you ask her out, it should be
obvious that the attraction is on the low end and that she does not really see you as boyfriend or lover material. Otherwise, she would just said "yes" instead of making you jump through hoops as an attempt to get you to leave her alone.

Bottom-line: If a woman feels she can ask you to give you reasons why she should hang out with you, you've given her way too much power.

So what should you do to even the playing ground a bit? Honestly, there's not much you can
do, since if a woman actually asks you this question, you have been doing a very poor job of attracting her.

Try to turn things around by growing some balls and saying something like, "Because I
want you to have the most amazing evening you have ever had." This may pique her curiosity and make her want to come out. But don't count on it or get your hopes too high, as even a great line won't save you when the attraction is near zero!
